College Counseling Enrollment

A family may apply for a place for the current or next school year by sending a refundable deposit of $500 to Marks Counseling Associates, LLC. If space is available, we will confirm receipt of your deposit. If space is not available, we will promptly refund your deposit. The balance due is payable (by check or credit card) at the first appointment.

To fill out an application, click here. You may pay online by credit card. Your credit card will not be processed until we confirm that we have space available. If you choose to pay by check, once you have submitted the form, please mail your check (with confirmation of your interest in Counseling Services) to:
